The “Molcer” Isostatic
punches are protected by the models of numbers 1039226 and
1044749, and with those numbers the company wants to avoid the imitation
. The main innovation of the MOLCER punches is based upon the creation
of an impermeable box where the fluid is located around a thin metallic
plate inside the vulcanized. Surface.this is to avoid any kind of liquid leak or the break of the rubbered surface. The quantity of oil injected in every punch is adapted to the different materials, therefore it is not necessary to modify it.. However , the patented system of oil injection (Patent number 9901069), allows to vary the quantity of liquid pressure inside the punch. The isostatic punches manufactured by MOLCER avoid the deformation of the tile good face after the firing, as it usually happens with conventional punches. The hydraulic Molcer patented system avoids the apperaing in of the tile good face the reflection of the oil system. There are no differences of compaction between the fix part of the punch (steel) and the flexible part (resin with liquid). Pressure differences, derivate from the concentration of the earth in some points is automatically compensated due to the circulation of the oil.
